Course Description: Course Description: The main purpose of this course is for students to develop and understanding of the significant concepts of PreCalculus. An in-depth study of exponential functions, logarithms, trigonometry, and the theory of equations and how it applies to polynomial equations will be covered. Additional topics will include linear relations and functions.
This course will follow all the usual classroom guidelines laid out in the student handbook. Upon completion of this course, the student’s grade on the final exam will determine if he is eligible to register for Calculus (College Prep, Honors, AP) in the 2016-17 academic year.
Students will be responsible for their own transportation. Lunch will be provided.
Prerequisite: 95% or above in Honors Algebra II, a strong test average and Honors Algebra II Teacher’s recommendation.

Students will be responsible for their own transportation, and bringing lunch on a daily basis. The cafeteria may not be open for purchases.
